Dear Parents and Students,
It is an honor and privilege to serve as principal of Riverview School. It is a wonderful place, to learn and grow. There is much to look forward to during the school year with many exciting learning experiences planned for our students. At Riverview School we are dedicated to addressing the needs of the "whole" child. Our focus is on students' social/emotional growth as well as their academic progress. We want our students to be "life ready" by gaining the skills necessary for future successes. Our students are what matter most and are in the heart of every decision we make. Our teaching staff work collaboratively to provide our students with innovative, meaningful instruction that challenges and inspires our students' hearts and minds.
We value the insights and support of our parents and know we couldn't do this without you. Our learning community is one of the many things that make Riverview School such an amazing place. Working in partnership with parents, the community, administration, the board of education, PTA, staff and students; we are able create a safe and engaging atmosphere that is optimal for learning and growing. These formative years help set the foundation for our students' learning. We are dedicated to ensuring our students gain the skills, persistence, stamina and joy for learning to become successful lifelong learners.
Our mission is that we will provide students with the love, support, guidance and strong academic foundation needed to meet the challenges that lay ahead so they may reach their future goals. As the principal, I am a partner in this process and look forward to another amazing school year together!
